Mystery Shoppers
As a mystery shopper, you are invited to visit specified retail shops/ restaurants/ hotels/ banks/ jewellery/ department stores to observe, record and evaluate their services objectively. After experiencing their services, you need to complete a report in Chinese at home.To become a mystery shopper, you should
- Interested in the mystery shopped program regardless of your field of job
- Able to work under flexible time and venue, can work on different districts in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories
- Preferably possess customer service and relevant experience
- Mature and responsible
